Abatement Procedures
|
- No over flights of neighborhoods (Canton, Highlandtown) directly north of heliport. All arrivals and departures from/to north shall pass east of these areas.
- All approaches/departures shall terminate/commence at the "H" at end of pier.
- No flight operations in the area between the floating pier which forms the southern boundary of property and the fixed pier as this is an active boat movement area.
- All hover taxi operations shall be conducted on north side of pier only.
- Spots #3, #4, #5 are designated for parking. Spot #2 is designated for fuel. Spot #1 is parking for based tenant.

| North: |
All attempts shall be made to avoid over flying the neighborhoods directly to the north/ northwest of heliport. Arrivals should proceed southbound staying approximately 1 mile east of harbor until abeam the heliport then turn west towards water passing south of floating pier and make approach from the south over the water. |
| South: |
Proceed directly to heliport staying over the water favoring the east bank of harbor. |
| East: |
Proceed directly to heliport remaining south of floating pier and make approach from the south over the water. |
| West: |
Proceed directly to heliport favoring the south bank of harbor. Avoid over flying Fort McHenry. |

| Departures to: |
| North: |
Climbing lefthand turn to 500' AGL. Pass south of floating pier, remain 1 mile east of harbor and proceed north. |
| South: |
Climb to 500' AGL, favor east bank of harbor and proceed south. |
| East: |
Climb to 500' AGL over the water, pass south of floating pier and proceed east. |
| West: |
Climb to 500' AGL, avoid over flying Fort McHenry and proceed west. |
